What to do if I had to take the wheel due to an emergency?
I have never been issued a license but my boyfriend was sick so I had to drive us home. In the process we were stopped because the headlights weren’t on. I an I received a ticket for driving with no license. What can I expect in court?

Given what you have written about, I would appear in court with a lawyer as well as the medical records of your boyfriend and him to explain to the court why you had to take the wheel in the emergency situation. The emergency should be a defense to the charge against you.
