I have been working for a nursing home that does not provide breaks. Is this legal to not have any breaks for an 8 hour shift?

I work 22 hours one week and 30 hours
the 2nd week. I have not been provided
with a break. Is this legal?

In MA, a worker is to be given a 30 minute unpaid meal break if work is for more than 6 hours during a calendar day. State law does not require employers to provide rest breaks, paid or unpaid.
