What to do if I have been locked out of my place of business but have personal items in there and items that belong to other people?

I have been locked out of my place of business but have personal items in there and items that belong to other people that are not part of the company. Is there a way to legally obtain those items while we going back and forth with the landlord and her lawyer?

If you have been locked out of your commercial rental by your landlord absent a valid court order, you need to contact a landlord tenant attorney to assist you in your matter.

If there is a court order allowing the lock out, you need to consult with a landlord tenant attorney to see what can be done for you to get access to the rental.

Another option is for you to try and work some arrangement for you to obtain access to retrieve the items that you desire.
