If I have been a victim of a peeping tom for the last few weeks, is there any way that I can be compensated for the cost of moving?

I have been a victim of a peeping tom for the last few weeks. I have called the police and my apartment complex. The apartment manager has been very slow to help in any way. I am afraid to stay in my own home and have decided to move since the complex will not solve this problem.

Unfortunately under the laws of all states in this country if the "peeping Tom" issue arose after you moved into your apartment complex and the property manager and landlord had no knowledge of this problem before you moved into your rental, you are not entitled to any moving expenses from the landlord or the property manager.
