If I’ve been a permanent resident for 30 years and want to apply for citizenship but my green card expires in 3 months, do I have to renew my residence card first?
How long takes to receive the appointment for the fingerprints and interview for the citizenship? I am on disability, due I get any discounts on the fees?

In your situation, if you apply for citizenship before the Green Card expires, then you do not need to get a new Green Card. However, if you apply for citizenship after the Green Card expires, you do need to get a new card.
