If you are actively suicidal right now, making sure that you are safe has to be your absolute number one priority.  Please call 911, if you aren't sure you can get to a hospital safely on your own, and tell them you are afraid you are going to hurt yourself.  This is a legitimate emergency, and you deserve the help.  In most states, you can sign voluntary commitment papers for a psychiatric facility, and if you are very suicidal right now, that is where you belong.

The criminal charges and the arrest warrant can wait.  Most modern psychiatric hospital units will have staff that are used to contacting courts on behalf of patients, to keep the legal problems from getting out of hand in the meantime.
