If I have a visitation agreement, at what age to the kids have to be before I legally dont have to follow it?
My children will be 16 and 18.

You are talking visitiation only and not support, correct? Once a child reaches majority - what ever your state law is as to same (generally 18 or 19) - the visitation portion of the agreement is not longer mandatory, so to speak, for either the non-custodial or the custodial parent. It becomes a moral obligation rather than a legal obligation. Good luck.
