If I have a ticket for trespassing 2nd degree, does this disqualify me for enlistment in the military?

A ticket for trespassing in the second degree is not a conviction of the offense that you are charged with. Given the fact that you wish to enlist in our armed forces, I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney before you make any guilty or no contest plea as to the charge that you are writing about.
Possibly a good criminal defense attorney may be able to work a plea deal with the prosecution that will not impact your ability to get into the military. Based upon my experience a second degree trespassing ticket most likely will not impede your ability to serve in this country's armed forces if convicted.
