I have a summons on complaint paper

I was involved in an accident on November 20,
2014 and I was driving a company vehicle
during company hours and was In route… and I
am now being sued along with my company
and my company’s customer. I was at fault and
I have gotten 2 papers that are certified mail
and they both label me as ONE of the
defendants as a summons on complaint. So
my question is what should I do???… it’s
saying that I have 28 days to answer the
complaint…. does that mean I have to answer
or is this just something for the insurance
company and I am getting copies of this stuff
because I am the driver… the paper has a
judge name but no date and or time.

You have to file an answer to the complaint with the court and serve it by mail on the opposing party's attorney before the 28 days are up or a default judgment will be entered against you.  The answer denies the allegations in the complaint.  A default judgment means you have lost unless you file a motion to set aside the default.
It would be advisable to contact your employer's auto insurance company again, and send the complaint and any other documents you receive during the course of litigation to it.  The employer's auto insurance company should provide you with an attorney at no cost, who will file an answer to the complaint, and will handle the case for you.
