If I have a sole proprietorship of a gutter company and am now starting a LLC construction company but want the gutter company to DBA under it, what do I need to do?

Good question. What you need to do is file a fictitious business name statement in the county where you do business and then file it in the county where the business is. You can then transfer the assets to the limited liability from the business.
