What is a valet’s liability for damage to a vehicle?
I dropped off the car with a valet. When I came back the window was broken. They sent me to claims. Then said that all valets are not liable for electrical car damage, even if it doesn’t state it on the ticket. Now they won’t pay for my window to be fixed. What can I do?

You can sue the valet and the valet's employer for negligence. You would file one lawsuit naming both as defendants. An employer is liable for the negligence of an employee which occurs during the course and scope of employment. Threatening to file this lawsuit may prompt the insurance company to respond and settle your property damage claim for the broken window.
