How can I get unwanted people to leave my apartment?

I have 2 people that are staying with me and my roommates for a small period of time. As they have caused much trouble in the household we feel that it is time for them to find a new place as this arrangement was to be temporary. What kind if any notice would we have to give to them as we my roommates and I are on the lease agreement. They have had mail delivered to them here as well.

It seems as though your "guests" are in no hurry to vacate the premises they share with you. If they will not leave with you simply asking them to, you will need to serve them with a 30 day notice of eviction. For that form, you can consult with a landlord tenant attorney to assist you.

If the "guests" do not leave within the 30 days after being served with the 30 day eviction notice, you will need to have an unlawful detainer action filed and served upon them. For that process, I recommend a landlord tenant attorney to assist you to make sure that is properly done.
