I have a loan for his personal business vehicle in my name also titled in my name. How does this work in a divorce, am I stuck with the payment?
If the loan for a vehicle used for his business is in my name and it is automatically withdrawn from an account that I make a weekly deposit into will I be responsible for that after the divorce or will the note have to be put into his name?

That's a very hard question to answer all by itself, because I don't know what other assets and debts and income the two of you have. If your husband has a business, I think you really need to have a lawyer's advice here, because that's one of the things that can make a divorce a lot more complicated.
