Under the laws of all states in this country, if you own real estate you are obligated to pay real estate taxes regardless of the fact if the land has a home on it or not.
For example, farmers who own hundreds of acres of land under various assessor parcel numbers that have no structures on it have to pay property taxes for it. So too do you with the house trailer that you have. The amount that you will pay depends upon how much the property is assessed for.
