If I have a court case that I am trying to re-open, is filing a motion the best way to go about it and what are my chances of getting it re-opened and taken to trial?
I got a felony plea and when I had my court date the judge told me that I should come back and get the felony dropped. I have almost completed my probation and need to get this felony dropped off my record.
