I cannot afford an attorney.

Since you cannot afford private counsel I suggest that you contact your local legal aid clinic about the matter for assistance and/or go to your local public defender's office to see what that office can do to help you. The public defender needs to be in the county where the legal actions from where the warrants arise are venued.
