Whether or not you get a pardon from the governor of the state you reside in, the President of the United States or get your felony conviction expunged and the effect upon whether such will allow you to work in your state's medical field depends upon what license restrictions for such a conviction may have for you from the administrative agency governing the issuance of any such professional license that may be required and what any potential employer may think of finding out such information on any background check of you.

I suggest that you consult with any medical school first of you are seeking to become a doctor and consult with a business attorney as well on the subject you are writing about in that your question as worded is pretty broad making it hard to give a specific answer.
