In some staes DUI convictions can be expunged, however in others theywill  cannot. In order to find out if you can clear your criminal history record of this offense, you need to google the name of the state (i.e. that is the one in which you recieved the DUI) and the word "expungement". You will then find on-line resources that can give you the terms of eligibility and how to go about the process of obtaining an expungment. If you are still unclear as to your situation, you can consult directly with a criminal law attorney.
