1) You can be sued by the car's owner and/or the insurer (if the owner had collision insurance which paid his damages, then the insurer can seek reimbursement from you) for the full cost or amount of damages to the car. Since the car was parked, it was almost certainly your fault that you hit it (the parked car was not doing anything wrong at the time); also, your lack of a license will create a presumption you were at fault. So if sued, you will almost certainly have to pay the damages.

2) Driving without a license could also subject you to some criminal liability (e.g. it could be a violation), depending on the laws of your state.
