Can someone sell videos with my image and name without my permission?
I graduated high school 8years ago. Apparently one of the students carried a videocamera and recorded everything he could. Now he has produced a “video yearbook” and is selling them.

Unless you have signed a release with respect to your image that is being sold for profit under the laws of all states in this country such is improper under the law. Your recourse is to file for injunctive relief and damages to halt the sales. I suggest you you consult with a business lawyer to assist you in your matter.
