What to do if I got pregnant by someone I was not even in a relationship with and now he wants 50/50 custody?
I do not want to cut my child down the middle and share her with a man I don’t know entirely. I am open to visitation and some overnight stays but 50/50 is asking for too much. Will the courts grant 50/50 custody to him?

I suggest that you consult immediately with a family law attorney about the situation you have not found yourself in where there are issues of custody and child support. From what you have written about most likely the court will not give 50/50 child custody in your matter.
