What to do if I got an underaged drinking ticket along with 5-10 other people my age?
We were all at a party which was on, a friend’s, private property. In addition I got in a fight that night and am being charged with disturbing the peace. However, I was not breathalyzed and never admitted to drinking on the property.

While the State of New Jersey has not codified underage drinking on private property as a violation of the State law, most of New Jersey 566 municipalities have enacted laws prohibiting underage drinking on private property. Seems that your charge is subject to a very specific local law and its penalties, which is difficult to determine given the information you have stated here.
