If I got a ticket for driving with no insurance, what is my best option to take care of it?

I don’t have the money to pay for the ticket. Is there any way to get this dismissed or not?

It would be advisable to check with the court and inquire if providing proof of insurance will be sufficient to have the ticket dismissed.  See if the ticket itself says anything about merely providing proof of insurance.  In some states, if you don't have insurance, your driver's license can be suspended and the DMV won't allow you to renew your vehicle registration without proof of insurance.
