If I need to reopen a bankruptcy and reaffirm both my first mortgage and second, how do I do that without an attorney?
I filed a personal Chapter 7 almost 2 years ago and was advised that I needed to include the joint mortgage with my fiance. My attorney believed that they would just drop me from the loan documents, however they discharged the entire loan which has affected my fiance.
