If I need to reopen a bankruptcy and reaffirm both my first mortgage and second, how do I do that without an attorney?

I filed a personal Chapter 7 almost 2 years ago and was advised that I needed to include the joint mortgage with my fiance. My attorney believed that they would just drop me from the loan documents, however they discharged the entire loan which has affected my fiance.

Given the complicated nature of a bankruptcy proceeding it is suggested that you consult with a bankruptcy attorney to assist you in reopening your bankruptcy. If you want to do such on your own, you should consult with a paralegal to help you with the drafting of the documents needed after you consult with your local legal clinic.
