i bought a car 3months ago from a small car dealer, they asked for 3000.00 down, this weekend i almost died in it what can i do?

the car had no new tires, im pregnant, toddler in car, yet the dealer is still harrazing me calling friends and me all the time talking about they need more money, they do not want to give me my plates because of this! what can i do?

there's a lot here and the two issues of the almost dying part may or could be a lot different than paying for the car.  did the dealer lie to you about the car, the condition of the car, that it was safe, had good tires, etc. etc.  lying is wrong and if that is the case you may be able to get out of the car sale but you'd have to return the car.  if the condition of the car is what caused you to almost die and the dealer lied about that or didn't tell you, you may a suit or claim against the dealer for selling you a bad car.  if the dealer is calling your friends, etc., tell him to stop and contact the dmv for a complaint.  contact the dmv as well about the plates.  why would the dealer want $3000 down now when you've had the car for 3 months?  your question and this answer are not complete so you need to supply more information on this for a full and proper answer.
