I believe that my grandmother was left out of a large inheritance, could I be entitled to anything?
All of the estate went to her brother and she was completely left out. Do I have a good case here? If so, I may be entitled to a large sum of money/property.

1) You would not have a case in any event--if your grandmother believes she was improperly denied her inheritance, *she* could have taken action, but her heirs, like you, do not have a cause of action or legal claim.
2) Please note that it would have been legal for all the estate to have been willed to her brother; the fact that she did not inherit does not necessarily mean that anything illegal or improper was done.
