How is child support determined?
We have been married for 30 years. My wife makes about $15,000 more a year than I do. We have 4 kids under 18 years. If the divorce was uncontested, would I still be made to pay child support?

You and your wife share the obligation to support your children regardless of the difference in your incomes. Georgia, like all the other states, has child support guidelines in place and there are worksheets on line through the court system so that you can see how it will probably go. Percentages are generally used and the determination to pay is not really negotiable. In other words, you have to pay the minimum the courts determine is the amount you are to pay. If you want to pay more I am sure that would be fine. Here is something you should read. Good luck.
