A person can lien your home with respect to debts that your parents owe to that person. However, from what you have written, under the laws of all states in this country, the liening of your property for your parents' debts woiuld appear to be inappropriate. If this has happened to you, I suggest that you consult with an attorney experienced in the area of liens.
