I am repeatedly made to feel uncomfortable
I have a large scar on my arm and I am sensitive about it. I live in Florida so I cant
keep it covered year round with a long sleeved shirt. I started a new job six months
ago and I am often asked about it in a way that males me feel bad. Its never
discrete its always loud and i. front of a group of people , ‘omg what happened to
you?’ ‘did you get attacked by a shark?’ things like that. I politely say that I dont
like to talk about it but some people just wont let it go. Its made me hate going i to
work. Do I have e grounds for a lawsuit?

No, you do not have grounds for a lawsuit. While your employer, including coworkers, cannot harass or discriminate against you due to a disability, a disability is a condition or injury which causes a major life impairment. A large scar on your arm does not qualify as a disability, and so they are not barred from commenting, etc. on it, the same way it would be legal for them to comment on a coworker's large nose, or being fat, or unusual hair style. The law does not mandate professionalism and simple human decency.
