If I’m on informal probation for a DV charge but got a fix it ticket today to show proof of insurance, will this be a violation of my probation?
I just got the car and didn’t get insurance yet.

Whether or not the fix it ticket results in a violation of your informal probation depends upon what the terms of such probation say.
