What to do if I want to find out more information about grandparent’s rights for visitation?
My daughter has forbid me to see my grandbabies. I want to file for visitation. I can not afford a lawyer and would like to know if I can file on my own and where can I get the forms. I have called the court house and they told they don’t have them and I need to get it through a lawyer. I am desperately trying to find someone who is willing to help me.

Under the laws of all states in this country grandparents under certain circumstances are allowed to have visitation with their grandchildren.
