What to do if I’m going through a dissolution and my wife had a savings account before our marriage?

She combined that account with our marriage savings account after we were married seven years ago. Is she entitled to the money she had before marriage or are we supposed to split it since the money was “tainted by the marriage”.

I am unsure about what you mean in the last part of the question.  But if she co mingled the funds that were clearly separate prior to the marriage in to marital account then I think a judge would find them to be marital funds to be split accordingly.  Good luck.
