If I am a salon owner going out of business, how much notice do I have to give the booth renters?
They have no written contract; they pay rent on a weekly basis. There are 4 renters who want to take over the space I currently rent. I need to vacate and remove my property.

If you are a salon owner who subleases chairs to four people where you plan on ending your master lease where your "tenants" pay rent to you weekly and have no written lease with you, you should give them 30 days written notice that their presumed weekly commercial lease is ending.
The 30 day written notice is standard in the rental industry to end a lease. If you want to give more of a notice in writing beyond 30 days, you can do such as well.
