You usually have disclosures you give that they have to waive any rights to those photos and that you own the copyright. If you own the copyright, you should make sure they understand this when you post to sites for purposes of advertising and make sure if they are minors, that the parents sign off. Everyone has a right to privacy, so if you didn't get this permission prior to taking the photos, contact the individuals in writing and ask for the permission. Most photographers do not do work for hire wherein their work is not their copyright but this is always a negotiable point.
