You can quit if you don't want to be involved. Or you can report the action to anyone more senior in the organization (if there is anyone more senior) or to a board of directors (if they are not involved), but you can't compel them to take action and could be fired. A private organization, even a non-profit, is not bound by its bylaws if its decision makers do not want it to be. Of course, any action which is itself a crime or otherwise illegal (fraud; tax evasion; employment discrimination; etc.) could be reported to the appropriate authorities.
