It is on the border. Generally, a business may not discriminate against one gender. There are exceptions, where more intimate contact or disrobed/unclothed appearances are is involved--that's why you can have a female only gym, for example.  As a massage therapist, an argumentc can be made that you are like a gym, and so could select a gender to service. However, for more certainty, you should consult with an attorney who can evaluate your situation in more detail and depth and render an opinion based on the specifics of your situation.
