If I’m 32 and was molested by my stepfather, can I still sue him?
I sent him to prison for this. He is on SSI and SS so I don’t know if I can sue him for what he’s done to me.

I am so glad that he is paying for what he did. You should be very proud of yourself. In Georgia, the victim of a molestation has the ability to sue their molester within 5 years of their reaching majority if they were under 18. So until 23. If it happened as an adult then I believe there is a 2 year statute of limitations. Please go and speak with some one . Good luck.
