Because you are a minor, it can be tricky finding someplace to go without foster care... but it's not impossible.

Start by scouting the area and resources you do know.  Churches are usually very helpful to children.  If a church family accepts you into their home, then sometimes the child welfare department will allow the kids to stay where they are found while they are trying to get the parents back on track.  Another resource in family members.  Because the foster system is so overcrowded, welfare department likes to look for placements in homes of family members when possible.

I know you want to keep you and your siblings together, but if all else fails, you may be stuck with calling family services and ending up in foster care.  It's not always a cake walk, but it can be better than the situation you are currently in.
