How to get spouse out of home.
My husband and I have been married for three weeks, and I am filing for divorce. I want him out of my house, and I understand that since the house was mine before the marriage, it is non-marital property.I gave him a week to find another place to live, and that week ends today. How do I get him out of the house legally?

Until there is a legal separation agreement or final decree of divorce that stipulates who has the right to the house, it remains the "joint marital residence". This is true no matter whose name the deed is in or when it was purchased.
