You must designate the type of property sought to be exempted (personal, vehicle, residential real estate, wearing apparel, etc.) then designate the value sought to be protected or exempted (must match the value listed on Schedule A or B of the schedules,) and finally, cite the statute upon which you are relying upon for the exemption.
This is the greatest pitfall for a person trying to file a pro se case and I strongly advise getting legal sassistance, perhaps from your local county bar association or legal aid if you are attempting to do it yourself.
