That is not a question that is easy to give guidance for. The amount that a lawyer charges for services varies greatly in every state and for every service. And the funny thing is that people do not realize that they have options with regard to fees.  Lawyers can charge hourly for some services or a flat rate.  Depending on the length of the cotract you can look to negotiate the matter with the attorney. It sounds, though, like a speciailzed field and that you should seek out a lawyer that is knowledgeable in such matter.  That may be at a high hourly rate but if he or she knows their stuff it will not take them long to go through it and advise you.  Some one with less experience may cost you more in the end.  Good luck.
