My boyfriend just got arrested on 4/30/09 now he’s in county jail. He is on probation and his charges arePC12316(B) F:PC12553(A)(1 M: ALTER/ETC IMITATION F/ARMVC14061.1(A) M: DRIVE LC SUSPENDED/ETCVC2800.2(A) F: EVADE PO:DISREGARD SAFETYI just found out yesterday that they dropped all his charges and he hasn’t gone to court yet. Is it possible that they will let him out tomorrow is monday if not then how long he will be in jail?

It's about 10 am in California now, and I'd be very surprised if your boyfriend has not been released already. It would be a serious violation of his civil rights, if he were kept in jail beyond the first business day after all charges against him were dropped.
Of course, you don't want a civil rights lawsuit, you want him out of jail, today. If he hasn't been released, you should call the jail and let them know that the charges have been dropped, and how you know that, and it would not hurt to call the police department that brought the charges in the first place.
