I just got new landlords a couple months ago
and don’t have a current lease. How long do
they have to give me before they raise the
rent?

If there is no written lease, you are a month-to-month tenant on an oral lease. In that case, they can give you one month's notice to raise your rent (or, for that matter, to change other terms of your tenancy or even to discontinue your tenancy and that you must move out).
