What I think that you mean is is there a statutory waiting period in PA for remarriage after da divorce is final.  The answer is no, there is not.  However, I do not think that your divorse is final.  Signing the papers does not make you divorced.  A judge has to sign off on the paperwork and the order entered.  If you marry before that time the marriage will be void.  Good luck.
