An eviction is a civil legal proceding by which a landlord may remove someone from its property.  Once a case is filed, it remains in the system forever.  There is a coding for the file/case and it can be looked up forever.  An eviction is not like a criminal charge that can be expunged after a certain period of time passes.  If you are in fact asking whether the court loses the record of the eviction, then i am sorry to say that the record is always available to look up- it does not get erased.
