How long can wife’s lawyer stall support settlement?

I filed for PA divorce May 2007. Divorce papers signed by her Aug. 2008. Support via Domestic Relations ongoing. It’s been over 2 years now since initial filing. My attorney is trying to set court date with DR, but I’m told her attorney is stalling. How long can her attorney hold up final settlement?

Probably strategy.  Does your lawyer have an issue with it? If so, he or she may consider filing a motion.  If you don't have a lawyer, try www.attorneypages.com and check his or her record at the Pennsylvania State Bar.
