It is actually usually a simple process to obtain a copy of a will. If you know a will exists, you need to go down to the probate court (assuming the person has passed) and if probate has been opened, go to the clerk's or records' office and ask to research for this filing. If it is there, you can order from that office and pay a fee to get the copy.
