How do you find out if you are in a Will after a person is deceased?
It was stated verbally a couple times. The executor is also a beneficiary from what I was told. Would deceased person lawyer contact you or would this be done after probate?

I am so sorry for your loss. If you would inherit unde the law as an heir at law OR if you are named in the Will then the executor has the legal obligation to notify you that the Will is being filed or "offered for probate." If they do not then they could be in big trouble. Now, understand that a Will is a public record so if it has been filed and you suspect you are in it you can view the file in Probate Court. It is filed in the county in which the decedent resided at the time of his or her death. Good luck.
