There are many places that will help you file the necessary paperwork for a non-profit, including the tax forms you need.  But a good place for you to start is the FLorida division of Corporations.  They have a non-profit section which tells you what you need and even has some forms.  Here is their website:  http://www.stateofflorida.com/Portal/DesktopDefault.aspx?tabid=8.

As long as you are established legally you can fund raise.  How you do so is up to you.  This is not my area but there are many websites out there that can put you on the right track with grant writing, etc.  I think that it all depends on what type of non-profit you are and what you will be doing.
