How do I protect myself legally if I decide to provide in-home personal training services?

I already have my certification as a personal trainer, general and professional
liability insurance, and am in the process of obtaining liability waivers for my
clients to sign. What else could I do?

1) Set up an LLC and conduct business through the LLC (e.g. clients contract with and pay the LLC, not you personally, any contracts you sign, such as for equipment, are done as the LLC, etc.); an LLC will protect you from not all, but most business-related liability or debts.
2) Get adequate liability insurance: a reputable insurance agent can guide you as to the type and amount of insurance you need.
